The School District of Niagara is seeking information on former Niagara graduates who continued their athletic careers at the collegiate level.

We are creating a display in the sports hallway to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of Niagara alumni who went on to compete in college athletics. This showcase will honor their dedication, preserve an important part of our school's history, and inspire future generations of Badgers.

To be included, alumni must have completed a minimum of one season of collegiate athletics.

Information Needed:

• Full name as it appeared at graduation from Niagara (if different than your current 
  name)
• Niagara graduation year
• College or university attended
• Sport(s) played
• Years participated in the sport 
• A brief biography (approximately 100–200 words) highlighting your collegiate athletic 
  experience, accomplishments, degree earned (if applicable), career, and any other 
  information you'd like to share

Photo Requirements: 

• One 8" × 10" athletic portrait
• Individual photo only, professionally photographed (if possible)
• Taken in your collegiate uniform
• Our preference is a high-resolution digital image, which will allow us to professionally 
  print and size the photo for the display. However, if a digital image is not available, we 
  will gladly accept an 8" × 10" printed photograph.
